When you submit a business inquiry, we collect the details you provide, such as your contact information, organization, project, event, location, budget range, and message.

How we use information

We use this information to send requested artist news, release alerts, and text updates; provide private previews or fan opportunities; respond to booking, press, licensing, and collaboration inquiries; protect the website; and improve communications. We do not sell your personal information.

Email and text choices

You may unsubscribe from email using the link in a message. For text messages, reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help. Message frequency varies, and message and data rates may apply. We only use a mobile number for marketing texts when the corresponding consent is recorded.

Service providers and links

Hosting, database, email, SMS, analytics, security, and music-platform providers may process limited information on our behalf. Links to streaming and social platforms are governed by those services’ own policies.

Retention and security

We retain fan information until you unsubscribe or request deletion, unless a longer period is required for compliance or legitimate business records. We use reasonable safeguards, but no internet system can guarantee absolute security.
